Event Booth & Theme
Project Overview: The initial request focused on developing graphics for a healthcare conference booth. Rather than treating the booth as a standalone deliverable, I identified an opportunity to create a broader visual framework that could support the entire event experience. The goal was to create a cohesive presence that connected physical and digital touchpoints while reinforcing brand consistency.
The Opportunity: Trade show environments often become disconnected from supporting marketing assets. By extending the visual concept beyond the booth itself, the event could feel more unified and recognizable while creating reusable assets for future programs and campaigns.
Creative Direction: The visual system was designed to balance healthcare credibility with modern SaaS innovation. Typography, imagery, color treatments, and graphic elements were selected to create a professional yet approachable experience that could scale across multiple applications. Special attention was given to information hierarchy and readability within a busy conference environment.
Design System: A flexible design framework was developed that established consistent visual rules across environmental graphics, digital communications, and event collateral. The system was built to support future event initiatives while maintaining a cohesive brand experience.
Campaign Execution: Deliverables included conference booth graphics, landing page design, email communications, standees, and table signage. Each asset was designed to feel connected while remaining optimized for its specific channel and audience.
Impact: The resulting framework transformed a single booth request into a scalable event theme that improved brand cohesion, supported future event initiatives, and demonstrated the value of creating systems rather than isolated deliverables.
