Aeroflow Event Theme 
Project Overview: Aeroflow hosts sales and recognition events that require unique visual identities while remaining connected to the parent brand. This project focused on creating a memorable event experience through a cohesive visual system that could scale across attendee touchpoints.
The Opportunity: Instead of creating standalone event materials, I developed a broader event identity that could unify presentations, signage, attendee materials, and branded merchandise. The objective was to create a distinctive event experience while preserving brand consistency.
Creative Direction: The visual language was designed to feel elevated, engaging, and celebratory while remaining aligned with Aeroflow’s brand standards. Typography, graphic motifs, color treatments, and environmental applications were carefully considered to create a unique event personality.
Design System: A flexible event framework was developed that supported physical environments, presentation content, attendee materials, and promotional assets. The system ensured consistency while allowing individual elements to serve different functional needs.
Campaign Execution: Deliverables included standees, easel signage, presentation design, attendee badges, and branded merchandise such as water bottles and other event materials. Each element contributed to a cohesive attendee experience.
Impact: The final event theme demonstrated how a single visual concept can scale across multiple touchpoints, strengthen event recognition, and create a more polished and unified brand experience for attendees.
